Important Community Updates

The week of January 29th is going to be busy within the community.

We have the fireplace doors scheduled to be installed on Monday/Tuesday. This should allow us to eventually redo the fireplace so that it can light automatically at night safely.

On Tuesday, they will begin to install the generator at the gatehouse. This should take 2-4 days. This will allow us to run the gate and the DwellingLive systems when the power goes out. Unfortunately, the power at the gate will be off for a couple of hours so this will affect notifications during this period.

Additionally, we have concrete crews reinforcing the drainage areas under 4600 area of Tour 18 Drive, and the corner of Pine Valley and Baltusrol. Over the years, the water has eroded some of the fill around those waterways and we need to reinforce them so we can stop any potential further damage.

Please be patient with the crews as we continue to upgrade the community.
