2025 Annual Assessment

We hope this email finds you well. As a courtesy reminder, the deadline to pay your 2025 annual assessment on time is January 31, 2025. The new assessment amounts are as follows:

• Homeowners: $3,850.00
• Lot Owners: $2,015.00

To make a payment online, please visit lswpm.cincwebaxis.com. If this is your first time accessing the portal, you will need to register:

1. Click the “Sign In” button at the upper right corner of the window.
2. Select “Create Account” at the bottom right.
3. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Legacy, you will receive an email from CINC SYSTEMS with a link to set your password.
4. After setting your password, log in using your email address and new password to complete your payment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the registration process to be completed.
