Political Signs

Just a reminder from the HOA around political signs as we enter into the election season. We appreciate everyone’s understanding of the rules that are in place, and request understanding and respect of each other’s views if they differ from your own.

Political Signs

(1) Political signs shall be displayed no sooner than the 90th day before the date of the election to which the sign relates and must be removed before the 10th day after that election date.

(2) All political signs are required to be ground mounted, simple in display, and not contain any wording that is offensive in nature. Signs cannot be attached to plant material, a traffic control device, a light, a trailer, a vehicle, or any other existing structure or object;

(3) All signs must be displayed in the front yard of the house and at least 10’ back from the street.

(4) The total size is limited to no larger than four feet by six feet.

(5) The limit is one sign for each candidate or measure per property.

(6) The HOA may remove a sign displayed in violation of these rules.
