    Please join your fellow residents at a HOA Meeting and update on Monday, October 14, 2024th from 5:30-8:30 at the Tour 18 Clubhouse. The agenda will be as follows:

    5:30 – 6:30 PM Social Hour
    - Come out and meet your fellow neighbors
    - Onsite help with updating your dwellingLive account
    - The clubhouse will be providing food and the bar will be open

    6:30 – 8:30 PM Tour 18 HOA Community Meeting
    - Update in 2024 – what changes took place.
    - Presentation of financials for 2024 YTD
    - Starting to look at 2025
    - Focus for the Board
